Your Account

We only accept account registrations from private email domains, and not from public email providers such as yahoo or google. Please use your company email address to register your account as this helps us with respect to know your customer regulations. If you do not have a company email address, then please send us a message and we can handle this on a case by case basis.

Please send an email to support@mulltta.com from your registered email address and provide details of the updated email address you would like. We will then update your account as soon as possible.

We accept payment by international wire transfer to our bank account in Singapore. All license fees are in United States Dollars. Cryptocurrency payments may be accepted on a case by case basis, please contact us for further information.

We invoice using Net 30 payment terms, however in some cases we will requirement prepayment.

Your Licenses

Licenses run on a yearly basis and do not need to be canceled, please set the auto-renew setting to off in your accounts page and the license will not renew in the following year.

To obtain additional licenses you can either place a new order using our website, or contact us and we can update your license count and prorate the charges. To reduce your license count, please contact us and we will reduce this going forward.

Yes, we can offer volume discounts for a whole range of license combinations. Please contact us for further details.

Matching Engine

After placing your order on our website, our team will review the order and then provide your account with access to the software. If necessary we will contact you for clarification. The software will then be available for download from within your Account > Your Licenses page.

Our primary installation package is built around Docker and can be installed in any of their supported environments, this includes Linux, macOS, and Windows and any cloud provider which can utilize docker. Please review Docker.com for further information. We also offer direct support for a number of cloud platforms including Amazon AWS and Google Cloud. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Yes, our primary installation package utilizes Docker which can be run using the Docker for Windows package. Alternately you can utilize the Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL2) feature and install the matching engine within a native Linux environment on your Windows machine. We do not recommend running the matching engine within the original WSL version 1.

Upgrades are released on a periodic basis and which include bug fixes, performance enhancements and additional features. We avoid breaking changes in each release which allows our customers to seamlessly update their installations without issue.

Depending on your environment there are a number of different upgrade paths. Please contact us and we can provide clarification on the best way forward.

We have included a performance testing tool into the matching engine package. By using this tool you are able to benchmark your system, and evaluate whether your resources are sufficient for your expected needs.

We have produced a series of performance benchmarks which show the computing resources required for different levels of trading activity. Please review our articles page to better understand the resource requirements for your specific application.

We aim to have your software ready for download within 48 hours of your order being placed. For bespoke software and/or special configurations, we will provide an estimate for additional time required to prepare your deployment package.

Yes, we are available to build bespoke features for our customers. Please contact us with your requirements and we can quote you for the project.

We currently only offer onsite support to our Enterprise customers. All other customers can access our support services by email and telephone.

General Questions

We have a number of other exciting systems which are in development, these include an Order Management System (oms) and Algorithmic Trading module. We will release these on our website once they have completed the full development lifecycle and extended testing.

Support and Maintenance Contracts

Mulltta are based in Singapore and our support personnel follow a 9am to 5pm working schedule.

In case where you have previously cancelled the yearly maintenance contract on your perpetual licences, you can resume the maintenance period by simply purchasing a new Yearly Standard Support & Maintenance package from our eStore. Please note that you must purchase the yearly support & maintenance of all of licenses, or none of your licenses.
